Had the worst experience here ever tonight. We had reservations, celebrating a college graduation. When we arrived to dine, the table was not set. No silverware, no water glasses, no bread plates. Our party wasn't even given enough menus, we had to share. The place was not booked up, most of the tables around us were empty. The kitchen was already out of the salmon and the burger. It took over 45 minutes just to get drinks brought to the table. No one even bothered to bring water. A "mountain" of nachos turned out to be a molehill. When the entrees were finally delivered to our table, 2 of the entrees were missing. And it doesn't seem like they were just left behind because someone couldn't carry them because it took another 20 minutes at least before those items were delivered. So, either someone else walked off with our food, the order didn't get entered properly, or the kitchen just didn't prepare the items. We saw a manager once and then that person completely disappeared off the floor. Good was just ok, nothing to get excited about. Our waitress seemed to be trying but she seemed to be the only one working so she was overwhelmed, to the point that she was actually bussing

Cool building and nice view, no other reason to come here and many reasons to avoid it. Food was okay, not great. Service was the worst I have had in forever, drinks took ages and we had to go get some from the bar ourselves, food took even longer, and they forgot two meals entirely. So bad, definitely won’t be back, recommend you save yourself the trouble as well

Was the strangest thing. Had a 9:30 reservation. The staff acted like they had no idea how to seat someone. There were only 4 tables in the whole place with people. After we finally were seated no one ever came to get our drink order or food order. There were at least 4 people working and no one came over. Then at one point all the staff was gone. Like…not a single employee in the place. The other tables had couples and no one was talking. They were all on their phones. No music. So it was silent in the place. Horrible atmosphere. The whole thing was surreal. Not an ideal valentines dinner.

We made the mistake of making reservations during a volleyball tournament, and had to pay $5 in event parking about a half mile away. Second, it was a solid 30 minutes before we received our drinks. Third, the at.osphere was horrible, unless you enjoy eating in a warehouse with the acoustics of a mall food court. No decor besides the fake plant on our table. Fourth, all 3 of our meals were messed up in so.e way... too many issues. We won't be back.

We had a party of 10. Food was decent but service left a lot to be desired. We were there for 3 hours. In total there was about 10-15 other customers there besides us the whole time. It took way too long to get waters, which were not all served at the same time. Server finally came to ask about appetizers, by then we had all decided on meals. We said we would go ahead and order. There was 2 bread appetizers ordered. When they arrived, we still had no silverware. Drinks were brought out a couple at a time. Salads were brought out here and there, not all together. We were never asked if we would like refills on drinks and not offered desserts. Everyone agreed they would not visit again
